Pierre Peloquin

Pierre is known as the area's most knowledgeable expert in the field of residential investment properties. With a considerable personal portfolio of over 300 apartment units, he has assisted investors in managing more than 4,000 units since 1982. An accomplished businessman with a degree in economics, Pierre's advice and counsel is often sought by industry and community leaders. Pierre has also been recognized for his work in land development and subdivisions.

Pierre values all of his firm's clients and applies his considerable talents and 31 years of real estate experience to helping them meet their goals. When not busy with real estate sales and property management matters, Pierre and his wife, Michele, spend time relaxing on Maine's southern coast.

Debra Piper

Deb inspires so much loyalty her clients remember to call years later when it's time to buy a larger home, downsize, or acquire residential investment properties. A Realtor® for 23 years, this is her 17th year with Peloquin Realty, where she has also developed an expertise in working with builders of new construction. An avid outdoorswoman, Deb lives on Lake Massabesic, delighting in the gorgeous seasonal changes and takes full advantage of surrounding hiking and cross-country ski trails and summer kayaking.

Lorraine Angelo

Lorraine not only provides outstanding service to her own buyers and sellers, she keeps extra busy as a licensed agent for Peloquin Realty's broker, Pierre Peloquin, and as a rental agent for Peloquin Property Management. In her tenth year as a Realtor®, Lorraine enjoys the challenge of helping clients in this unusual real estate market, whether they are buying or selling a single family home, multiple investment property, or seeking a quality rental here in the great city of Manchester. Lorraine is often seen around town with Nikko, a spirited black Pomeranian and unofficial Peloquin Realty mascot. She and her husband, John, enjoy traveling up and down the east coast visiting extended family.

Donald Hebert

Donald has been a seasoned investor of residential investment properties for 40 years -and a licensed Realtor® for over two decades. His background, which includes an education in architectural engineering, is a strong asset in rehabbing both single-family homes and residential investment properties. Don keeps active in church ministry and charitable work, including world-wide missionary trips. He and his wife greatly enjoy their role as parents and grandparents of three children and ten grandchildren.

Lisa Kilgore

Lisa has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, and after ten years of experience designing industrial control systems she began investing in Manchester real estate in 2000. Lisa has purchased and sold homes, condominiums, multi-family and commercial properties, and enjoys working with both homebuyers and investors. Given her background and attention to detail, Lisa is able to leverage the latest technologies when selling your home or helping you find a new one. She also enjoys biking and running, and has participated in several long-distance events, including the Seacoast Half Marathon, and the Disney World Half Marathon.

John Roy

John has been with Peloquin Realty since 2002 and has been a licensed Realtor® for 12 years. Born and raised locally, John has a wealth of business contacts that he shares regularly with his clients including investment, tax, insurance and loan professionals. He is very knowledgeable about short sales and bank-owned properties and looks forward to creating new relationships and seeing past clients again. John is an accomplished skier, biker and a recent convert to yoga.

Frank Rosano

Frank has been with Peloquin Realty since 1999 and has been a licensed real estate agent since 1994. Frank's specialty is helping his many clients purchase and sell multi-family investment properties. During his real estate career, Frank has developed numerous contacts in all aspects of multi-family ownership and operation; he can service all of your real estate needs. Frank is a foster parent; he also cares and works with underprivileged area children. Frank loves the beach and the Red Sox; he relaxes by gardening and birdwatching.
